Introduction

Welcome to AI Math Master, your ultimate tool for solving math problems effortlessly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By downloading, installing, or using AI Math Master, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our app. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use AI Math Master.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Math Master, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the app, including students, teachers, parents, and educational institutions.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use this app and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

AI Math Master is an educational application that provides:

• Educational Support: Tools designed to assist students, teachers, and parents with math education

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

AI Math Master offers both free and premium subscription options to provide enhanced functionality and unlimited access to all features.

Premium Features Include:

• Unlimited problem solving
• Advanced step-by-step explanations
• Priority image recognition processing
• Access to advanced mathematical topics
• No advertisements
• Priority customer support

Free Version Limitations: The free version includes limited daily problem solving, basic explanations, and may display advertisements.

4. Payment and Billing Terms

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers including but not limited to Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat for subscription validation and management. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Billing Cycle:

• Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date of purchase
• Annual subscriptions are billed every 365 days from the date of purchase
• All charges are processed in USD unless otherwise specified

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged the same amount for renewal unless pricing changes have been communicated to you in advance.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings (iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are generally processed according to the app store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are granted at our discretion for technical issues, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances
• Partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods are not typically provided

Account Termination: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After this time, your account will revert to the free version.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI Math Master only for lawful and educational purposes. Specifically, you agree that you will:

• Use the app primarily for learning and educational purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of AI Math Master and third parties
• Provide accurate information when contacting support
• Use the step-by-step solutions to understand mathematical concepts rather than merely copying answers
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• Use your subscription for personal use only and not share account credentials

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use AI Math Master for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating on exams, tests, or assignments without proper authorization from educators
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the app
• Using the app to collect or harvest personal data of other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the app
• Using the app for any commercial purposes without our explicit written consent
• Interfering with or disrupting the app's functionality or servers
• Sharing subscription benefits with unauthorized users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

8. Educational Use Guidelines

AI Math Master is designed as an educational tool to enhance learning. Users should:

• Use solutions as learning aids to understand mathematical processes
• Verify important results, as AI may occasionally provide incorrect answers
• Encourage development of personal mathematical skills alongside app usage
• Follow their educational institution's policies regarding the use of AI assistance tools
• Understand that the app supplements but does not replace traditional learning methods

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of AI Math Master, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and AI algorithms, are the exclusive property of AI Math Master and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal educational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app
• Create derivative works based on the app
• Use our trademarks or logos without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

10. User-Generated Content

When you submit math problems or images to AI Math Master:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing solutions
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We do not permanently store your problems unless you choose to save them
• You agree not to submit content that is offensive, illegal, or violates others' rights

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AI Math Master, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AI Math Master at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

You may discontinue using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device and cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

15. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update the app and these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may also update the app's features, functionality, or requirements. Some updates may be required for continued access to the service.

16. Third-Party Services

AI Math Master may integrate with third-party services for enhanced functionality. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Links to third-party websites or services do not constitute an endorsement by AI Math Master.

17. Governing Law
